Dear Madam/Sir,
I am interested preferably in global managerial roles as a part of my career path. I have proven record of success in all my assignments along my career and I believe that I could add value and high level of experience to an organisation.
Currently I’m acting as Project & Business Process Improvement Manager in Supply Chain Mgmt at AST-Science & Technologies (NASDAQ: AST) to supply and coordinate gateways, technologies…etc to fulfill the customer demands.
Lately I’ve acted as New Product Coordinator at Analog Devices (NASDAQ: ADI) in Program Management to lead silicon design related projects for customers mainly Nokia, Ericsson & Bosch.
Program/Project Mgmt is to serve lead the functional stakeholders across a number of projects supporting the Multi-Market Business Units. I’m certified as PMP (Project Management Professional) that provides strong focus in all running business interactions; in addition my past background at APTIV enabled me easily to enroll and to put value to my functional responsibilty and as well as to ADI’s company culture.
Priorly I was occupied as Senior Quality Manager for EMEA at APTIV with 24 years of experience in Quality Management, Customer Satisfaction, Engineering, Engineering-IT and Production Control & Logistics.
I’ve worked in DELPHI (lately company name changed to APTIV as of 2017) since September’98 with the responsibility of various local and European central roles.
Customer Satisfaction function has to ensure an objective and independent focus in every aspect of delivering a perfect product to all customers. In addition it is very important to foster a quality culture across the organization to satisfy and excel all customer requirements while meeting company business targets with a focus on quality control and compliance. I’ve lead Advanced Product Quality Planning activities of lead customers mainly Mercedes-Benz Group AG, Ford, VW (Audi & Skoda), Volvo, Jaguar-Landrover and Stellantis (ex. Fiat, Renault, Peugeot and Opel) in APTIV manufacturing locations across Europe, North Africa and Mexico. Besides I am a certified senior lead auditor according to IATF 16949 (formerly ISO/TS16949) requirements; leading & assisting audits in manufacturing sites and customer business units of APTIV EMEA for over 12 years. Prior the central European responsibility, I’ve held various leadership responsibilities in Turkish Operations mainly in Engineering & Engineering-IT and Production Control & Logistics departments. I am also certified as global VDA 6.3 Process Auditor, VDA 6.5 Product Auditor and 6 Sigma – Greenbelt.
Due to accumulated experience in leading projects and various operational processes including new products, introduction of the first high technologies as well as hybrid, aluminum wires for VW, Audi & Volvo and auditing, I was especially assigned to problematic & new manufacturing locations where I’ve provided full support to ensure compliance to all customer requirements and to enterprise policies and business targets.
I have very strong communication skills that enables to adapt easily with different countries, cultures and new communities. Additionally, my background in various operations and processes is an advantage in leading crisis management to success.
