We are looking for a highly motivated intern who wants to build his/her career in Brand Marketing department. The Brand Marketing Intern will work closely with Brand Marketing team on diverse projects for 10 months, 5 days a week. The Brand Marketing Intern follows and responds consumer demands / questions. Intern will assist the marketing director.

- Project ManagementTo ensure that consumer questions are answered within the determined KPI by directing them to the relevant department managers.
Creating regular (monthly / weekly) reports on Zendesk.
Conducting the consumer complaint processes in cooperation with the person concerned.
To provide support to the marketing director in basic tasks (such as meeting organization and general office support) in the daily flow.
EXPERIENCE

- Able to prioritize and manage complex projects

- Personable and willing to collaborate with people of all levels
- Able to work independently in a high energy and fast paced environment
- Work experience and/or project management experience are a strong plus
- Creative thinking through projects or activities
- MS Office skills
- 4th grade university students or fresh graduates
- Native in Turkish, Fluent in English
