PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Volunteer follows his missions from Tuesday to Saturday, with a group meeting with other volunteers and coordinator on Friday morning. The first weeks, the volunteer will discovert the different sections of the center: child, teenager, family, senior… After that the volunteer will participate in different activities of the association, and discuss which with his mentor: - With the families : participate in parenting support activities and help with the homeworks and after school activities - With the children and youth : propose activities with the local schools (nursery, primary, junior and high school) , the youth club (culture and sports for 8/11 year-old children). - Help and support all the events we organise. - Develop a personal project regarding the needs of the association and the local area.

ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS
The apartment for volunteers is in Bar-sur-Aube. It’s a three bedroom apartment, with kitchen, bathroom, for three volunteers to share. We send money food every week and, “spare-time” money every month. The volunteer will go by foot to the association (15mn).

TRAINING DURING THE PROJECT
Volunteer will benefit of training for participation tools and citizen ship. The volunteer will participate in all the internal trainings we set up for our staff (how to welcome people, how to handle addictions, help with after school activities...).

VOLUNTEER PROFILE
We expect the volunteer to become a member of the team and feel free to develop and carry out personal skills. We work as a network between different associations, it's improtant for us that volunteer want to discorver different activities and share experience with each other, other volunteers ands others workers, and unpaid workers.
