Looking for a cool spot in the Veneto, FVG or Trentino mountains

Hi,

We are Stefano and Iulia and we are looking for a fresh place to stay at as we would like to visit your area, starting Friday 13th August till Tuesday 17th, for 4 days/nights. 
We would like to spend some time in discovering and learning new things about your area. We might also invite two friends (if there is space) and any tips and ideas would be greatly appreciated!

A couple of things about us: I work as a translator/interpreter and English teacher, my husband is an IT specialist/programmer. We live in work in Trieste, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Italy and we love sharing our house and meeting other people, also on other platforms. We love history, art and culture, and breathing clean air! We are active volunteers in various associations.
