Application proces
We get hundreds of applications for a program, but only 20-25 end up in our bootcamps. They have gone through a rigorous selection proces to make sure we find the candidates who are committed to making the most of the skills they are about to learn. This is our proces:
Phase 1 - Apply: Apr 29 - May 26
Submit your application. Share a bit about yourself and what’s driving you to start a career. We don’t have any educational requirements; instead, our application process gives you the opportunity to show your skills and character.
Phase 2 - Coding Challenge: May 27 - Jun 3
Applicants that are shortlisted partake in a week long homework challenge so we can assess your motivation and aptitude for the programs ahead. This step also gives you the opportunity to assess whether this is the right path forward for you.
Phase 3 - Mindset Assessment: Jun 5 - Jun 7
The mindset assessment is an online test on your logical capacity and mindset. The purpose is simply for us to understand how you think about problem solving, human behavior, creativity and other topics.
Phase 4 - Interviews: Jun 9 - Jun 12
After passing the homework challenge, you'll be invited to meet with our team where we will do a series of interviews and tests to make sure you’re the right fit for the program. In addition to getting to know more about you, we'll have you do some technical exercises. From here, we'll make our final decision.
Program start date: Jun 21 - 2020
Read about how to conquer each phase of our selection process from the initial application form to the interview process right here.
