Based in The Hague, Netherlands you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. As a Portfolio Risk Manager within the Portfolio, Programme and Project Management Branch (P3M) of our Chief Operating Office (COO) Directorate you will play an integral role as part of our Portfolio Management Office (PfMO) to Identify and Manage capability level risks and for the development of effective mitigation and response actions to ensure efficient and effective capability delivery. You will do this by working closely together with the Agency production units and external stakeholders and by developing, maintaining and executing a portfolio risk and issue management strategy. You will provide the PfMO and senior executive with a clear overview and capability risk assessment and you will also identify lessons learned and nominate corrective actions for the portfolio and Agency.

About you
We are looking for a talented and experienced Project / Programme Risk Analyst who holds a minimum of 3 years of practical experience working in a Project or Programme Office, in a position related to risk management. It is essential that you also hold a University Degree, from a nationally recognized university in a related field, such as; Business Management, Science, or Engineering and additionally hold industry recognised certifications in Project Management such as Prince2, MSP or PMP; and in Risk management such as MoR or equivalent.
Any experience or certifications in the area of portfolio or Programme management, Business Intelligence or in ITIL, (or equivalent); would be considered highly desirable.
Knowledge of
English, both written and spoken, is essential and some knowledge of French is desirable.
