Based in Mons, Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATO’s Digital Endeavour. As IT Operations Manager, you will provide direction and leadership over the operational functions and processes of the Operations Centre.

About you
We are looking for a talented and knowledgeable IT Operations Manager, who holds a Master’s degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 5 years post-related experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 8 years post-related experience. You must have CIS engineering experience and 5 years of experience in the management of CIS systems either as a project manager or as service operations manager.
Proven success as an operational and technical team lead is a must.
Certification, such as ITILv3 at Foundation level, PRINCE2 Foundations, are mandatory.
Knowledge of English, both written and spoken, is essential and some knowledge of French is desirable.
